Promotion Terms & Conditions 
  1. Prize Value
    The promotion consists of a credit up to $8,000.00 applied toward a residential flooring remodel provided by Great Plains Flooring.
  2. Use of Credit
    If the total project cost exceeds $8,000.00, the customer is responsible for all costs above the credited amount.
  3. Upgrades / Unused Credit
    If the total project cost is less than $8,000.00, the remaining value may be applied toward upgrades or additional work (e.g., higher-end materials, tile work, backsplashes, etc.). No remaining balance will be paid out.
  4. No Purchase Necessary
    No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  5. Service Area
    The $8,000.00 credit applies to projects within 100 miles of Fargo, ND. Travel beyond this area may result in additional charges.
  6. Estimated Value Basis
    The $8,000.00 credit is based on average residential flooring project costs and may vary depending on project scope and conditions.

  7. Site Conditions & Exclusions
    The offer assumes standard installation conditions. Additional charges may apply for, but are not limited to:

    • Floor preparation or self-leveling
    • Subfloor repair
    • Stairs
    • Furniture moving
    • Trim/base work
    • Demolition or disposal
    • Upgraded materials


    The work area must be in reasonable condition and ready for installation (e.g., open access, suitable substrate). Customer is responsible for removal of personal belongings unless otherwise agreed.

  8. Pre-Installation Inspection
    An in-home consultation and site inspection will be required prior to finalizing materials and installation to determine project scope and any additional costs.
  9. Right to Refuse Service
    Great Plains Flooring reserves the right to decline or withdraw from the project if an agreement on scope, pricing, or terms cannot be reached. In such cases, another winner may be selected.
  10. Redemption Period
    The prize must be redeemed within 90 days of winner selection.
  11. Marketing Consent
    By entering, participants agree to receive promotional communications. The winner agrees to allow the use of project photos and/or videos for marketing purposes.
  12. Non-Transferable / No Cash Value
    The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  13. Material Selection
    Flooring selections are limited to in-stock or standard product lines unless upgraded at the customer’s expense.
  14. Definition of “Free”
    “Free” refers to the $8,000.00 credit only. Any additional costs beyond this amount are the responsibility of the customer.
